Although Bologna is situated
in the midlands, Dona was very creative and knew a place to swim a little.
This came as a relief as the days are very hot there during summer.
After
such a good time it's never nice to part, but we really wanted to go further
on our trip to Austria and all the way through the Black Forest in Germany.
As little Autobahn or highway as possible. We did a good job and used loads
of rubber in the mountains and valleys. We found a great route from Italy
to Austria (Timmelsjoch-Hochalpenstrasse) were we saw much rain, and some
snow. But it was so much fun to ride!
We found a camping in Tirol and met some people that showed us on the map
a great route to the Bodensee (Germany). This is were the Black Forest ended,
and were we would start going home. |
