Juul's FZR-600

During the last weeks of December 2003 Juul thought it was a good idea to have his FZR drink less oil than it did. He borrowed the car's dry place and started screwing around. First step to take everything apart was not too much trouble, as you can see below...

The real start... Placing a new head gasket and the head with the new oil seals.Changing oil seals on a FZR is by the way no fun at all.

Timing the engine is not a real problem, but placing the bearings of the camshaft gave a problem as one screw screwed up the bearing.
