| Don's FZR-600 Part 1 |
The 18th of January 2004 Don decided it was time to took his steering head bearings out. There was a big need to it, as the bike gave the same impression with steering as the one I used to ride to the bar. Taking it apart was already a lot of work, it took us about two hours to find out how the bearing could be removed. On the pictures you can see Don's frustration. You can also see the big relief when it's finally removed. By the way, this FZR is going to be a naked bike for the rest of it's life. Fairing for sale!!! (only the top and right side, the rest was blown off on the Autobahn. |
