Although not much news was spread, the project had not died. Since the start
it was a running machine without too many problems. But as time passed,
lots of oil did as well. New parts were collected, many ideas are born.
So with this in mind... Here are a few pictures to help with the story.
As you can see, this is going somewhere! The rims are respoked aluminum
on the original hubs and have fresh rubber. Also the original front fork
is changed to a SZR type, new style! And to complete the picture... A BMW
tank has been cut up on the inside to fit the wider tunnel for the upper
frame tube. Also that standard leaking petrol cap will be fitted with a
newer Yamaha FZ type. |
